Participants Set a vision and work on goals for the future. They get help with benefits applications such as SNAP and Medicaid.
Participants learn how to make the best decisions that suit them.
Participants practice and learn coping strategies. They learn to Strengthen relationships and Enhance communication skills

Participants are asked to engage in a 1.5-hour course twice a week that lasts for 8 weeks.
